This is my sample for CC784. Stef is our hostess and she chose blushing bride, melon mambo and grapefruit grove for her color trio. Dessert Option this week is flowers.
I decided to focus on the grapefruit grove color this week. My gingham background designer paper is from the Stampin'-Up "Brights" collection. I used a new Spring die from CottageCutz- Hello Spring Blooms. For the leaves and stems, I used some designer paper in the mossy meadow (neutral) color. It has a nice gradient to it and I knew it wouldn't be to dark for these Spring colors.
Die-Cut my Easter phrase, stamped the Blessings word (choc chip ink) and added a few white enamel dots to finish off my card.
Hope you can play along with us this week. Card creating is a great way to destress and take your mind off the pandemic.

I love the flowers in the bucket and the pretty gingham! It's great that you highlighted the Grapefruit Grove, it's such a lovely, warm color. Wonderful Easter card Mary!

Sweet bucket of flowers, Mary, and a lovely little doily to set it all off. I emphasized the grapefruit color this week, too, and decided I like it! Be well, friend!
